في إطار إطلاق مبادرة "اعرف بلدك" لأول مرة على مستوى المدارس الثانوية، وإيمانًا منّا بأهمية تعزيز الوعي الوطني، وتنمية روح الانتماء، والتعريف بالدستور والعلاقات الدولية والجغرافيا والتاريخ المصري، فإن هذه المبادرة تُدار بشكل احترافي يُراعي أعلى درجات التنظيم والالتزام.

Within the framework of launching the "Know Your Country" initiative for the first time at the secondary school level, and with our belief in the importance of enhancing national awareness, fostering a sense of belonging, and introducing the constitution, international relations, geography, and Egyptian history, this initiative is managed professionally with the highest standards of organization and commitment.

• متابعة مشرفي الأركان، والتأكد من جاهزية كل ركن.
• تنظيم التدريبات التمهيدية.
• مسؤول عن أي موقف يحدث داخل أي ركن.
• التواصل المباشر مع المنسق العام فقط.

• Monitoring section supervisors and ensuring the readiness of each section.
• Organizing preliminary training sessions.
• Responsible for any incidents within any section.
• Direct communication only with the General Coordinator.

• تجهيز محتوى الركن مع المدربين.
• اختيار المتطوعين المؤهلين وإدارتهم أثناء اليوم.
• توثيق الأداء وكتابة تقرير بنهاية اليوم.
• مسؤولية تامة عن النظام داخل الركن.

• Preparing section content with trainers.
• Selecting qualified volunteers and managing them during the day.

⚙️ فريق الدعم الفني

⚙️ Technical Support Team

• التأكد من توصيل أجهزة العرض – الصوت – الإضاءة.
• طباعة الأوراق، اللافتات، كروت التعريف.
• تجهيز المكان لوجستيًا بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المدرسية.

🧭 أولاً: احترام التسلسل الوظيفي

• التواصل يتم من أسفل لأعلى فقط.
• لا يُسمح لأي فرد بتخطي من فوقه مباشرة دون سبب واضح وموافقة.
• لا يُسمح باتخاذ قرارات إفرادية تؤثر على مجريات الحدث.

• Communication must flow from bottom to top only.
• No individual is allowed to bypass their direct superior without a clear reason and approval.
• Individual decisions affecting the event’s proceedings are not permitted.

• التزام تام بموارد الاجتماعات – الورش – يوم التنفيذ.
• التأخير: ١٥ دقيقة بدون عذر = إنذار شفهي.
• التأخير المتكرر = استبعاد من المهمة الحالية.

• Strict adherence to meeting, workshop, and execution day schedules.
• Delay of 15 minutes without an excuse = verbal warning.
• Repeated delays = exclusion from the current task.

🎤 ثالثًا: طريقة التواصل

• يُمنع استخدام أي لغة غير رسمية.
• التعامل داخل الفريق يتم بمبدأ "كلنا على نفس المركب."
• أي شكوى أو اعتراض تُقدم كتابيًا لمنسق.

المتطوع في مبادرة "اعرف بلدك" مش مجرد طالب بيساعد، ده عنصر فاعل في بناء وعي مجتمعي جديد. المبادرة بتعتمد بشكل أساسي على الشباب اللي عنده حماس، التزام، وولاء للفكرة. علشان كده اتعملت اللائحة دي لتنظيم دور كل متطوع وتحقيق أعلى مستوى من الاحتراف.

The initiative relies heavily on enthusiastic, committed, and loyal youth. هو أي طالب بيشارك بشكل تطوعي في تنفيذ فعاليات المبادرة سواء داخل الأركان، في الدعم الفني، أو في التوثيق والإعلام، تحت إشراف مباشر من مشرفي الأركان أو المنسق العام.

A volunteer is any student who participates voluntarily in implementing the initiative’s activities, whether in the sections, technical support, or documentation and media, under the direct supervision of section supervisors or the general coordinator.

📌 واجبات المتطوع

• الالتزام الكامل بتعليمات المشرف المباشر وعدم تخطي الرتب.
• الحضور في الموعد المحدد قبل بداية الفعالية.
• العمل الجماعي والتعاون مع باقي المتطوعين دون فردية أو تنافس سلبي.
• المحافظة على النظام داخل الركن أو الساحة.
• التمثيل المشرف للمبادرة أمام الطلاب والإدارة والزوار.
• عدم الإدلاء بأي معلومات خاطئة أو رأي شخصي باسم المبادرة.
• عدم تصوير أو نشر أي محتوى بدون إذن مباشر من مشرف الركن أو اللجنة الإعلامية.
